This class centres on the theme of curation through Self, a practice of listening inwardly and allowing movement to arise in service to iccha shakti, the impulse of desire. Drawing on tantric non-duality and the quiet luminosity of the moon, the space invites a felt sense of unity, where body, breath, and environment are experienced as one continuous field.
