Somatic Sunday – Manifestation / Emersion through the body

Description

This class begins with reflections on Emerson and the idea of becoming what we attune ourselves to. Through journaling, participants explore the landscape they wish to move toward, identifying the desires and qualities emerging from within and shaping them into personal mantras. Movement begins subtly, led by desire rather than thought. Participants embody the quality of what is trying to emerge, allowing sensation to rise from the earth and expand through the body. Rippling, rebound, and disruption of habitual movement patterns invite greater dimensionality, freedom, and responsiveness. Through immersive movement and mantra, the practice explores visibility, expression, and stepping beyond routine into fuller participation in life. The class closes with reflection on what is currently being crystallised into existence and the power of becoming what we consistently tune ourselves toward.
