Free Taster Class – Reciprocity and Resonance
Join me for a 75-minute free Embodied Flow class to play in the art of giving and receiving through a continuous free movement journey. Like in Tai Chi, or in music, the art of listening with our body and responding to gravity, space, and stimulus plugs our life force into resonance with the wave-like buoyancy of the sea or a drum. In pursuit of effortless effort and fluency in form, we will play through asana and free movement in order to discover our perfectly designed instrument for earth play.
