Join Tara for the 1st of 7 classes traversing your way slowly up the chakras.  Whether you have practiced with the energy of kundalini for years, or this is your first dive, we will approach one energy chakra each class.  With a focus on the organs and glands, and structures that support it, as well as practices and contemplations to help to balance and open it.  We will learn from our body, mind system what this intelligence vortex wants us to know.
